Our new homes are changing the face of communities across the east.

In Winchburgh, WLHP is building 20 new homes for social rent. The development will be made up of made up of eight flats and 12 houses.
Plans have also been announced for a further 85 affordable homes to be built in Winchburgh in the latest phase of the £1billion transformation of the village.
In Linlithgow, WLHP has started building 14 affordable homes in Blackness Road, at the site of CALA Homes’ Queenswood development. This is made up of eight homes for social rent and six for mid-market rent and is expected to be ready by the end of 2022.
Work is continuing on 146 new homes at Almondvale in Livingston, right in the town centre, a mix of homes for social rent and mid-market rent. The first of these will be ready in 2021.
In Bathgate, work continues on 42 new homes at Jarvey Street. Handover of these flats for social rent is expected in 2021.
