How are we improving homes?
 

in 2015–2016, we invested around £200,000 on improvements to our existing homes.

This included fitting more than 120 showers within Boghall and 15 new kitchens in our homes in Stoneyburn.

Over the last financial year, areas across Bathgate were improved, including: 

  • Boghall – new kitchens and showers, and a boiler replacement programme
  • Rowan / Elm Terrace – new kitchens and showers, and a boiler replacement programme
  • Stoneyburn – new kitchens and showers, and a boiler replacement programme
  • Perth Street, Craigshill – new kitchens and a boiler replacement programme
  • Gowanlea Court, West Calderenvironmental works and renewal of flooring in common areas
  • Broxburn – environmental works
  • Bridgend Court – environmental works and additional kitchen units
  • Leyland Road – environmental works and renewal of flooring in common areas
  • Elm Court – environmental works.
