What is involved? Demand usually outstrips supply, and you should bear in mind the qualification criteria we are required to apply. As a shared equity buyer you take 100% title and are responsible for all insurances and repairs. No rent is paid and there is the option to purchase the remainder of the house from the Partnership after two years.
