You will have a rent card from allpay.net. This handy blue card has WEST LOTHIAN HOUSING PARTNERSHIP on it. Use this swipe card to pay your rent, and any service charges, electronically at Post Offices, local shops, via the internet, phone.  Take your swipe card to the counter along with your payment and hand them over. You will be given a printed receipt as proof that you have paid your rent.
